It requires a statistical background and the experience to remain focused on well defined research questions.

I work with clients to develop an analytic database from existing or outside data sources. My experience includes working  with major database systems including Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL as well as a number of different accounting and Customer Relations Management systems. By bringing together various data sources my clients gain a much more comprehensive view of their customers.

Customers and markets are constantly changing. I can work with you to develop processes and procedures that will promote organizational learning. Once the data-mining is completed and specific actions have been identified, I will help you design processes for implementing those actions and measuring the outcomes. The goal is to develop a knowledge loop where actions are taken, outcomes are measured and processes are modified to adapt to ongoing changes.
